Role Overview

As a Telecare Response Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to address alerts from individuals requiring non-emergency assistance. Your duties will encompass:

- Assisting individuals in getting back on their feet after a non-injurious fall

- Providing urgent personal care in unforeseen situations

- Offering comfort and reassurance to those in need

- Responding to silent emergency calls

In addition, you will handle non-injury calls from emergency services and collaborate with our partner organizations.

This position necessitates adaptable working hours, including evening and weekend shifts, along with potential coverage for public holidays. The service operates around the clock.

Currently, we have the following contract options available:

  • 35 hours per week, with a base location in Cambridge.
  • 28 hours per week, based in Fenland.
