WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist in the EMESA Global Services (GS) Recruiting team, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting activities for a diverse range of roles in our LAB (London/Amsterdam/Brussels) system, focusing primarily on corporate functions such as HR, Admin Assistants, Finance & Accounting, and Learning & Development (L&D). This role is based in London.

You will play a critical role in shaping our workforce strategy across LAB, enhancing our recruitment processes, and ensuring we attract top talent. Your expertise in talent acquisition will drive our success in staffing our organization with skilled professionals who align with our company culture and values. To successfully lead the internal and external recruiting efforts, you possess excellent communication, relationship, and process management skills and build positive and lasting partnerships with internal hiring managers, the HR Teams, and other stakeholders.

In order to successfully lead the full lifecycle recruiting efforts, you will have excellent relationship and process management skills and be effective in building lasting partnerships with Hiring managers, the LAB HR Teams, and external agencies where needed.

Areas of ownership for you include:
  • Leading and overseeing all LAB recruitment activities, with support of the broader Recruiting team.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of their teams, set up, functions, and desired candidate profiles.
  • Leveraging internal talent sources to drive mobility, employee referrals and alumni engagement in the system, in addition to proactive identification of external candidates via direct channels, job postings, social media, talent mapping, agency vendors, networking & sourcing.
  • Build talent pipelines to fill current and future roles to drive improvements in quality, diversity, and time to hire and manage and improve the candidate experience.
  • Review key metrics and performance measures for the system, such as time to hire, cost per hire and quality of hire, and recommend enhancements wherever possible.
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and decision-making processes.
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements across multiple geographies and local laws to mitigate risks.
  • Support the organisation through structural changes, helping to manage transitions and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Strategic partnering to align talent acquisition strategies with the overall business objectives. This involves close collaboration with senior management to understand business needs and forecast talent requirements.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, enhancing employer branding and attracting top talent.
  • You closely collaborate with recruiting and head-hunter firms and maintain strong connections.
  • Influencing BST FTEs yearly plan with HR, monitoring future recruitment needs and predicting risk.
  • Drive a comprehensive compensation planning process for each hire that takes into account market trends, internal equity, and individual performance, contributing to successful negotiations and talent retention.
  • Implement technology solutions to automate routine tasks, allowing the team to focus on strategic and relationship-building aspects of recruitment.
  • Partner with your colleagues to strengthen capabilities, share and launch best practices in LAB and broadening the internal mobility agenda.

  • Deep knowledge and proven success utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter for successful talent engagement and pipelining.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to be responsive and effective in a fast-paced, yet consensus-driven corporate culture, to multitask and operate effectively in a matrix organisation.
  • Ability to drive efficient processes and show operational effectiveness, keeping calm and professional under pressure
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 6-8+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience in international and matrixed organizations, with ideally at least 2 years in a strategic or leadership advisory role (People or HR)
  • Understanding of market talent pools, sourcing channels, hiring trends, cultural norms, compensation benchmarks
  • Full lifecycle recruitment and/or agency recruiting experience with experience in HR and organizational topics
  • Strong behavioural and competency-based interviewing experience required
  • Strong understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, along with applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization and across different countries taking into account cultural nuances
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
  • Experience building internal network with senior leaders, advising and influencing senior stakeholders as a subject matter expert
  • A commitment and active support to diversity and inclusion in the workplace
