Your Role: We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to become an integral part of our recruitment team in London. In this position, you will collaborate closely with fellow recruiters and hiring managers across Octopus Energy, sharing insights and continuously improving our recruitment processes to enhance candidate experiences and assist hiring managers in securing top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on recruiting for commercial positions within our Kraken division, including SaaS Sales, Client Success, and Implementation roles.
- Proactively identify and engage with exceptional commercial talent in the industry, even before hiring needs arise.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for strategic commercial roles, utilizing various techniques such as networking and events to connect with passive candidates.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates, considering both immediate and long-term hiring needs.
- Collaborate effectively with the broader recruitment team and various Kraken departments.
- Adopt a consultative approach to recruitment, emphasizing speed, quality, and diversity in hiring.
- Demonstrate proactive thinking in attracting senior commercial professionals.
