Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Recruitment Management:
- Oversee the recruitment process for designated roles, catering to various levels of seniority.
- Focus on specific business areas, particularly within the Commercial sector across EMEA.
Expert Guidance:
- Act as a subject matter expert in Commercial recruitment.
Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Enhancement:
- Uphold a compelling EVP presence across social media platforms.
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
Strategic Development:
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to refine recruitment strategies.

Process Improvement:

- Mentor and delegate tasks to junior team members within the Talent Acquisition team.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to relevant employment regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain high standards of operational excellence.
Recruitment Cycle Management:
- Develop and distribute job postings.
- Identify and source candidates that meet position specifications.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Conduct pre-screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules for hiring managers.
- Facilitate offer approvals and negotiate compensation packages.
- Assist HR with necessary documentation for onboarding processes.
Sourcing Strategy:
- Identify and engage potential candidates based on role requirements.
- Build a pipeline of sourced candidates for future opportunities.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years in internal talent acquisition, with at least 3 years focused on sales recruitment.
- Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process for sales positions.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting diverse sales roles through multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of sales functions and tailored recruitment strategies.
- Experience collaborating with senior sales leaders and advising on best practices in talent acquisition.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
