  • Act as a subject matter expert in Commercial recruitment.

Recruitment Cycle Management:

  • Develop and distribute job postings.
  • Identify and source candidates that meet position specifications.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through various sourcing channels.
  • Conduct pre-screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules for hiring managers.
  • Facilitate offer approvals and negotiate compensation packages.
  • Assist HR with necessary documentation for onboarding processes.

Sourcing Strategy:

  • Identify and engage potential candidates based on role requirements.
  • Build a pipeline of sourced candidates for future opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years in internal talent acquisition, with at least 3 years focused on sales recruitment.
