Are you a detail-oriented Customer Service Expert with a strong telephone presence seeking a new opportunity to advance your career? Meridian Business Support is expanding and is in search of a motivated Customer Service professional to join our National Recruitment Centre as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with the option to work remotely.

This position is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, with full-time hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, although we can accommodate flexible working arrangements.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist within the National Recruitment Centre, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting a high volume of candidates for various temporary industrial positions across the UK.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling candidates for registration appointments with local branches while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience in an office or call centre environment is essential.
  • Strong IT proficiency, including knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
  • Experience in the recruitment sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • A professional telephone manner with a strong desire to achieve success.
