Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Management: Keep our candidate database current and accurate, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Collaboration: Partner with recruitment consultants and hiring managers to comprehend specific job needs and devise effective sourcing strategies.
  • Candidate Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, with a proactive and creative approach to sourcing.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and various sourcing tools.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
