Talent Acquisition Specialist - BANK - Summer Vacation Work Full-time (On-site)

Level 4 Salary £26,204 to £30,757 (inclusive of London Weighting)

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Bank Talent Acquisition Specialist within a dynamic Recruitment Team, providing support to senior management across various clinical and non-clinical disciplines. The Recruitment Team is part of the People Services Directorate at The Hospital of St John and St Elizabeth, dedicated to delivering the highest standards of quality care for our patients. We seek an individual who will bring their enthusiasm and expertise to help us consistently uphold exceptional customer care principles within our organization.

The ideal candidate will embody our core values and contribute to our collaborative team approach. They will demonstrate their ability to foster cooperative working relationships at all levels while ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and customers.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, this position is well-suited for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably with a background in healthcare, although all relevant experiences will be considered. The successful applicant will assist the Recruitment Manager in delivering a top-tier, efficient, and timely recruitment service throughout the recruitment cycle, promoting a positive and engaging candidate journey.

Key Responsibilities

What are the primary duties of the Talent Acquisition Specialist Role?

Collaborate closely with the Recruitment team to oversee the complete recruitment process Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure all documentation is prepared prior to initiating the recruitment process Provide a high-quality, confidential, and comprehensive administrative service. Implement reminder systems and follow-up protocols. Produce all documentation to a high standard, adhering to the established Hospital style and referencing system. Utilize advanced IT skills to generate reports and presentations. Manage personal workload effectively to meet deadlines. Serve as a central point of contact for both external and internal inquiries, making informed decisions regarding the dissemination of key information. Maintain up-to-date confidential personal staff records. Respond to ad-hoc information requests from other departments as directed by the Manager. Update trackers, spreadsheets, and systems as necessary Ensure compliance with all onboarding processes and legislative requirements during meetings.
