Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will engage in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that demands a unique set of skills and attributes for success.

This role centers on the identification and management of candidates while collaborating closely with a Senior Consultant who will guide you in business development strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek, attract, and evaluate candidates utilizing a variety of resources, including online job platforms.
  • Establish and nurture candidate relationships primarily through telephone communication, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and expectations.
  • Identify, pursue, and advance new business prospects via phone, fostering strong relationships with clients.
  • Strive to meet established targets, deadlines, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain various databases, including the addition of new candidates and the entry of CVs.
  • Exhibit excellent telephone communication skills, comfortable engaging with both new and existing candidates and clients.
  • Possess strong IT proficiency, including MS Office, Internet, and Email.
  • Hold a minimum of English GCSE or equivalent, with a Grade C or above.
