Position Overview:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Endava is a pivotal figure, tasked with overseeing the complete recruitment process and sourcing efforts, focusing on roles that span from entry-level to senior management within a designated business sector. As a recognized authority in the field, this specialist mentors junior colleagues, enhances global recruitment strategies informed by market analysis and performance metrics, and spearheads initiatives aimed at optimizing worldwide talent acquisition workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Recruitment Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment and sourcing processes for designated roles, from entry-level to senior management.
  • Focus on specific business sectors, particularly all Commercial positions across the EMEA region.

Expert Guidance:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in Commercial recruitment.

Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Enhancement:

  • Uphold a robust EVP presence across social media platforms.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at every interaction point.

Strategic Development:

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to refine recruitment strategies.
  • Implement innovative methods supported by market insights, key performance indicators, and hiring objectives.

Stakeholder Consultation:

  • Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders on new global recruitment methodologies for targeted business areas.

Process Improvement Recommendations:

  • Suggest enhancements to global processes concerning relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and contractors.

Project Management:

  • Initiate and lead recruitment projects aimed at streamlining global processes.
  • Mentor and delegate tasks to junior recruitment team members.

Compliance and Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure adherence to relevant employment regulations and internal policies.
  • Maintain high standards of operational efficiency.

Recruitment Lifecycle Management:

  • Create and distribute job postings.
  • Identify and source candidate profiles that meet position specifications.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of external candidates, sourced profiles, referrals, and internal applicants within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Conduct pre-screening and/or interviews to assess essential qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules for hiring managers and interviewers.
  • Facilitate offer approvals, present verbal offers, and negotiate compensation packages.
  • Assist HR teams with necessary documentation for employment contracts and onboarding processes.

Sourcing Lifecycle Management:

  • Identify and source candidate profiles that align with position requirements.
  • Build a pipeline of sourced profiles to enhance the overall candidate pool in the ATS.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years in internal talent acquisition, with at least 3 years focused on sales recruitment.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for sales positions.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for a variety of sales roles through multiple channels.
  • Deep understanding of sales functions and dynamics.
  • Ability to tailor recruitment strategies to meet the needs of sales leaders.
  • Experience collaborating with senior sales stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Strong analytical capabilities for interpreting data and market trends.
