Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our London office as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Our Talent Acquisition team uniquely integrates headhunting, storytelling, and consulting to deliver expert recruitment services and foster partnerships within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Talent Acquisition function for the London office, collaborating closely with the Country Head and the People and Culture team.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, qualification, and process management.
  • Proactively build and maintain talent pools to ensure a robust pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Measure and report on recruitment metrics by effectively utilizing and maintaining data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide insights on market trends and competitor talent landscapes.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process while promoting our employer brand.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 2+ years of recruitment experience, either in agency settings or within an in-house Talent Acquisition function. Experience managing the full 360 recruitment process is essential.
