Reward & Payroll Assistant

PermanentUp to £33,000Location: Central LondonHybrid working: 2 days per week in the office Oakleaf is delighted to be partnered with an established legal firm in central London in search of a Reward & Payroll Assistant for a newly created role in an expanding function. Reporting to the Senior Reward Manager, this role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with Reward & Payroll experience, to continue to grow and develop their career. The Reward & Payroll Assistant responsibilities will include:Support annual reward processes including salary and bonus review, budgeting and benefit renewals, market research including survey completion.Support the Senior Payroll & Reward advisor with monthly outsourced payroll processes.Support the maintenance and further development of Reward and the HR System including trouble shooting and resolving issues as they arise.Act as a point of contact for payroll, system, and benefit queries and provide collaborative support to all areas of the HR team as well as employees/partners.Support any pay & benefit project work on an ad hoc basis.The successful candidate will have:Experience working within and understanding of an HR department.Experience working on Payroll & Benefit activities and understanding of principles.Excellent excel skillsStrong attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders and teams.Strong HR Systems experience (Cascade preferred)
