Payroll Assistant - 6 Month FTC

The Opportunity

As a Payroll Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the payroll department in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and assisting with payroll-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.

What You'll Do

Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll.Enter and update employee information.Verify and ensure the accuracy of timesheets and payroll records.Assist in the calculation of wages, deductions, and other payroll-related adjustments.Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and concerns.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information.Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.Assist with the preparation of payroll reports and summaries.Support other administrative tasks as needed.What You'll Bring
