Global Payroll Analyst - FTC - Hybrid London - up to £60,000 per annum


Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a global private equity firm, which is seeking a Global Payroll Analyst, on a 9/12 month FTC basis.

This role will be responsible for the analysis, execution, and support within numerous international countries & UK payroll operations, and is on a hybrid basis, consisting of 3 days per week in their London office.

Global Payroll Analyst will be assisting/overseeing such duties as:

  • Preparing global payroll data, for 300 employees for processing by a third party vendors
  • Review, analyse, and reconcile payroll related data
  • Handle complex and/or sensitive payroll requests and issues by providing exceptional customer service
  • Performing audits and validations of payroll transactions
  • Identify and drive continuous performance improvement projects to improve payroll accuracy, compliance, productivity and/or employee satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing vendor internal process improvement.
Key Skills;

  • Minimum of 5 years processing payroll in the UK & EMEA countries
  • Experience of working with third party providers
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Analytical and methodical in your approach to problem solving
  • Excellent attention to detail
