Pensions & Benefits Analyst

3-4 Month FTC (potential for extension)Up to £50,000Office location: Central LondonHybrid working: 2-3 days per week in the office We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Benefits & Pensions Administrator to join an exciting global Financial Services firm. The role will be working closely with the Reward & Benefits Manager to support Pensions & Benefits BAU and project work during a period of change in the business. The Pensions & Benefits Analyst responsibilities will include:Provide day to day administrative support to the Performance and Reward function across EMEA.Support of all administrative duties for key business projects including benefit, pay and pensions integration/separation.Provide administrative benefits support on multiple concurrent, acquisitions, divestitures, and other transactions.Act as point of contact for employee benefit and pay related queries.Administer the monthly exchange of employee and benefits data between the benefits platform and payroll.Benefits reconciliations.Supply analytical and reporting assistance.To be successful in the role, you will need:Experience administering employee benefits, pensions, and working closely with payroll with a strong understanding of processes.Experience in M&A activities in relation to benefits and pensions would be advantageous.Excellent excel skills.Ability to prioritise and adapt to new and changing situations.Excellent communication both written and verbal.Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
