About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to join their collaborative team as a Senior Payroll Analyst. This is a permanent consultancy role that offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading multinational consultancy firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Support: Provide support within the HR team for the entities they cover, involving onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Global Payroll Projects: Assist with global team projects on payroll-related matters, including implementation and payroll transitions.
  • Monthly Payroll Processing: Complete all monthly payroll processing, including joiners and leavers from relevant countries' payroll.
  • Statutory Reporting: Prepare and submit all statutory reporting documentation in each EMEA country where centralized payroll is run.
  • Payroll Audits: Conduct annual payroll audits, year-end payroll reporting, and analyze relevant payroll data.
  • Payroll Queries: Act as a point of contact for payroll and benefit queries and manage the EMEA inbox.
Requirements
  • Payroll Experience: Strong end-to-end UK payroll experience, with EMEA exposure advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency with Excel and system knowledge of Workday.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) to communicate with a range of stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: Team-oriented and self-motivated to resolve problems and maintain confidentiality to the highest level of discretion.
