Position Title: HR Systems Analyst

The HR Systems Analyst will oversee the management and upkeep of HR and Payroll systems, conduct data analysis, and generate reports to facilitate HR functions and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and enhance HR systems in partnership with the Senior Reward and Benefits Manager and Head of HR Operations.
  • Serve as a primary user of the HR system, offering assistance and training to team members.
  • Assist the Senior Reward and Benefits Manager with payroll activities and benefits management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an HR Systems Analyst within a legal or professional services context.
  • Expertise in MS Office software and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
