We've partnered with a dynamic charitable organisation, renowned for their innovation and commitment to excellence, to support with their search for a Reward Specialist to join their values-driven people-centric organisation. The role is full time, hybrid and based in their Euston office.

Your new role

Working as a Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will provide technical reward expertise to manage all elements of the organisation's approach to pay, pensions and benefits. The role includes undertaking pay modelling and providing calculations and analysis to inform pay decisions. Your role will have a strong operational focus with some strategic responsibilities.
Duties include but are not limited to:

Advise on technical reward strategies to support organisational planning and management.Participate in external benchmarking for pay and benefits to inform strategic reward planning and attract necessary talent.Manage the annual salary and performance pay review, including scenario modelling and individual pay calculations.Conduct monthly job evaluations to ensure fair role adjustments across the organisation.Update and harmonise job frameworks and terms for all organisational areas.Collaborate with HR during organisational changes to coordinate salary adjustments and job structuring.Ensure compliance with statutory reporting, including gender and ethnicity pay gap disclosures.Assist in preparing reward-related reports for leadership and governance bodies.Supervise pension schemes, working with administrators and payroll to address issues and enhance colleague experiences.Manage the benefits, pensions, and wellbeing programs, promoting overall colleague health.Handle supplier contract management and renewals to ensure performance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Lead compensation and benefits project initiatives as needed.

What you'll need to succeed Significant, in-depth experience of compensation and benefits, with up-to-date market knowledge.Knowledge and experience of managing pension schemes.Significant experience in job evaluation and grading systems.Highly numerate and analytical; able to manage data from a range of sources, undertake complex calculations in excel and provide cost modelling and pay calculations.Good attention to detail and highly organisedExperience of working in a customer service environment.Excellent ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.Good experience of managing third party supplier contracts.Excellent oral and written communications.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with intermediate or advanced excel skills (including pivot tables).
