The Role: Payroll & Benefits Specialist
We are currently seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our UK-based global payroll team. You will be part of a team of six reporting to the International Payroll Supervisor, contributing to the completion of UK and International payrolls, as well as maintaining compensation and benefit data for employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to the Payroll Team
- Input data into various payroll systems as required
- Manage benefit and pension administration, including opt-outs/ins and uploading data to relevant parties
- Assist with the management of contractor data and payments
- Maintain employee information such as addresses, salaries, and name changes
- Assist with payroll queries, improvements, and implementing changes
- Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Skills & Experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong numerical skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to show initiative, work within a team, and communicate effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and critical thinking abilities
- Previous experience in an office environment
- Excellent Excel data manipulation skills
- Previous payroll experience is desirable, along with familiarity with payroll software (Cintra, ADP & Workday)
