Portfolio Payroll is seeking a skilled Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support their HR function and Payroll Manager on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with monthly payroll processing for approximately 500 employees
- Submit HMRC reports
- Calculate statutory deductions and perform manual calculations as required
- Manage and administer company benefit schemes
- Liaise with benefits providers and brokers
- Launch new schemes, resolve associated queries
- Support payroll-related projects
- Act as a strong number two for the Payroll Manager
