Payroll & Benefits Specialist Role

Portfolio Payroll is seeking a skilled Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support their HR function and Payroll Manager on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with monthly payroll processing for approximately 500 employees
  • Submit HMRC reports
  • Calculate statutory deductions and perform manual calculations as required
  • Manage and administer company benefit schemes
  • Liaise with benefits providers and brokers
  • Launch new schemes, resolve associated queries
  • Support payroll-related projects
  • Act as a strong number two for the Payroll Manager
