Job Title: Compensation, Benefits and Payroll Manager

A seasoned Payroll & Benefits Manager is required to join our client's global business on a permanent basis. This role will oversee the payroll & benefits function and report directly to senior management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage an in-house payroll, including full start-to-finish processing
  • Administer a part-outsourced small payroll
  • Handle all statutory deductions, including SMP, SPP, SSP, N.I, and PAYE
  • Submit HMRC reports
  • Manage year-end tasks, including P60s and P11Ds
  • Resolve payroll-related queries
  • Liaise with brokers and providers for benefit management
  • Review and implement benefit offerings
  • Provide HR and benefit reporting
  • Assist with reward-related duties, including salary benchmarking
  • Manage a small team, including one-to-ones, appraisals, and development plans

Experience with an ADP package is essential for this role.
