Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Advisor to join our team at Portfolio Payroll Limited. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the UK payroll, including managing a payroll administrator and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the in-house UK payroll, processed on a monthly basis
  • Provide day-to-day support and supervision to the payroll assistant
  • Assist with month and year-end processing duties
  • Support the Senior Reward Manager in overseeing global benefits
  • Contribute to the harmonisation and modernisation of benefits
  • Manage auto-enrolment pension schemes

Requirements:

  • Excellent in-house UK payroll and benefit experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience of working within a professional services environment

Working Arrangements:

This role is based in our London office and will involve a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days spent in the office and 2 days working from home.
