Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team at Portfolio Payroll. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with internal stakeholders, processing employee changes accurately and timely, and ensuring payroll records are up to date.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing clear communication and ensuring timely resolution of payroll and benefits inquiries.
  2. Payroll Processing: Accurately and efficiently process employee changes, ensuring compliance with procedures, forms, and authorizations.
  3. HRIS and Payroll System Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency.
  4. Payroll Record Keeping: Ensure payroll records are accurately maintained and filed correctly, both on employee files and in HRIS/payroll systems.
  5. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the wider team as needed, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
