Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our team at Tate Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all payroll and benefit functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Operations: Partner with our EMEA Payroll team to coordinate the input, review, processing, and output of UK and Ireland payrolls.
  • Benefits Administration: Process all starters, leavers, and changes for all UK and Ireland employees, ensuring accurate and seamless flow of information between employees, vendors, payrolls, and Workday (our HRIS).
  • Compensation Support: Assist EMEA Compensation on annual benefit reviews and employee enrolment windows.
  • Payroll Reconciliation: Liaise with payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee payroll queries from our shared Payroll mailbox.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Benefits and Payroll Administration, with a focus on UK and international clients.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and high attention to detail.
  • Technology: Proficiency in Workday HR information system, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and other relevant tools.
