As a Social Worker you will be part of a team of adoption social workers and family finders who assess prepare and support prospective adoptive families to meet the needs of children with an adoption plan.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative and innovative Voluntary adoption service where you will have the opportunity to further develop a successful child-focussed service, making a real difference to the lives of children and adoptive families across London and the SE. This is a home based role although we utilise a number of Hub offices across our area to enable the staff team to keep in touch, to facilitate face to face meetings and maintain contact with adopters and to host Adoption Panel .
