We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Worker to join our team in providing exceptional care to an individual residing in their own home. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities, promoting independence and well-being.

Qualifications and Skills

- NVQ/QCF Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care, or a willingness to work towards this qualification.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.
