About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Ambient Support. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide social and emotional support to individuals, either at home or in their local community.
  • Support individuals with their personal care, including personal hygiene needs if required.
  • Assist with shopping and budgeting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with friends and family of our residents.
  • Perform household tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Accompany individuals on outings, such as walks, meals, and other activities.
Requirements
  • Empathy, caring, and sensitivity to the needs of others.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Computer literacy.
  • A car driver is desirable but not essential.
