About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Care Support Worker to join our team at Ambient Support. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide social and emotional support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Support with personal care, including personal hygiene needs, and assist with daily living tasks.
  • Accompany individuals on outings, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with individuals' friends and family, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Perform household tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and laundry, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
Requirements
  • Empathy, caring, and sensitivity to the needs of others.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Computer literacy and ability to use software applications.
  • Car driver desirable but not essential.
