We have an exciting opportunity for a German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor to assist customers with problems reported by online map users.

Full training will be provided, ensuring you are able to resolve issues using specific guidelines. These problems will be reported through different sources and you will be expected to search relevant sources and correct the data accordingly. This role sits within our Digital Business Operations (DBO) practice.

About DBO:

Digital operations is the concept of infusing business processes with agility, intelligence and automation to create operational models that delight customers and improve performance. Digital operations can help a company reimagine and create digital processes that not only drive performance but also close the process gaps between customers, suppliers and partners with automation, insight and process platforms.

Responsibilities/Expectations:

  • Working on multiple pilots within the online maps space
  • Adapting to new projects, workspaces and technical specifications in a rapidly-evolving work environment
  • Strict adherence to deadlines, working productively and efficiently whilst ensuring quality

Essential criteria:

  • Written and verbal fluency in German and English
  • Previous experience working within a customer service environment
  • Knowledge of working on MS Excel/spreadsheets
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and logical reasoning abilities
  • Basic understanding of online maps and their uses for navigation, information and other nuances
  • Ability to adapt to new projects, workspaces and technical specifications
  • Comfortable dealing with rapidly-evolving work environment
  • Strict adherence to deadlines
  • Understanding work productivity and efficiency without compromising on the quality of the output

Desirable criteria:

  • GIS tools working knowledge and MAPs POI editing experience
  • Working knowledge of VLOOKUP, pivot table, charts
  • Experience working with PowerPoint
