Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle 1-15 inbound calls in German, addressing customer inquiries.
  • Resolve issues related to repatriation and other medical concerns.
  • Manage administrative tasks surrounding payments and claims documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to expedite payment processes.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all patient and client information.
  • Review invoices for medical discrepancies and report any suspected fraud.
  • Participate in comprehensive training sessions (5 weeks) to enhance your skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration or customer service.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Willingness to consider sponsorship for the right candidate.

Work Environment: This role offers a blend of administrative duties (60%) and customer care problem-solving (40%). You will primarily focus on organizational tasks while managing documents and information related to submitted claims.
