LogicMonitor is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented German-Speaking Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and qualifying potential clients within the German market.

As an outbound sales development specialist, your primary responsibility will be to execute targeted campaigns designed to generate qualified leads for our enterprise-grade monitoring solutions. You will leverage your strong communication skills and technical aptitude to engage with prospects, understand their needs, and demonstrate how LogicMonitor can provide valuable insights and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales development activities to generate qualified leads within the German market.
  • Engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and online interactions.
  • Qualify prospects based on their technical requirements, business challenges, and potential fit for LogicMonitor's solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of LogicMonitor's product offerings and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and successful conversion of leads into customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress within our CRM system.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Native or fluent German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
  • Proven experience in a business development or sales development role, preferably within the IT or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts related to IT infrastructure monitoring and management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
