Position: German-speaking Area Sales Manager
Location: Remote (UK)
Compensation: £70,000 OTE

About the Company:
A design-oriented manufacturer specializing in innovative lifestyle solutions for the leisure sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and expand key accounts and existing dealership networks across Europe.
- Report directly to the Sales Director based in the UK.

Role Overview:
- Serve as a primary account manager for established dealerships in Europe.
- Propel growth across the product range and company brands.
- Sustain and enhance existing relationships to boost sales revenue.
- Expand both retailer and wholesaler networks, along with the EU dealer base.
- Focus on award-winning products within the leisure industry.
- Accountable for achieving EU sales targets and unit sales goals.
- Provide training and ongoing support to retailer dealers, ensuring regular communication.
- Contribute to lead generation efforts in collaboration with sales and relationship support teams.
- Play a pivotal role in new business development for all company brands in Europe.
- Efficiently manage the establishment of new accounts and in-store displays as necessary.
- Attend and manage all European exhibitions.

Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in German at a business level (both written and spoken).
- Additional fluency in Dutch, French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in sales against competitive forecasts.
- Capable of selling concepts, products, and services while negotiating favorable outcomes.
- A creative problem-solver with a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in organizing and participating in events, shows, and customer engagement days to showcase product ranges.
- Strong IT skills, including the ability to create presentations for business development opportunities.
- Solid understanding or qualifications in business and marketing principles.
- Proven ownership of customer relationships, products, and problem resolution.
- Possess a full, clean driving license with the ability to travel regularly across Germany and other European countries.

Compensation Package: £50,000 base salary plus £15,000 OTE and £5,000 car allowance.
