Position: German-speaking Area Sales Manager
Location: Remote (UK)
Compensation: £70,000 OTE

About the Company:
A design-focused manufacturer delivering innovative lifestyle solutions for the leisure sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance relationships with key accounts and existing dealerships across Europe.
- Report directly to the Sales Director based in the UK.

Role Overview:
- Serve as a primary account manager for established dealerships in Europe.
- Propel growth across the product range and company brands.
- Sustain and expand existing relationships to boost sales revenue.
- Enhance both retailer and wholesaler networks, along with the EU dealer network.
- Concentrate on award-winning products within the leisure industry.
- Accountable for achieving designated EU sales targets and unit sales.
- Provide training and ongoing support to retailer dealers regarding products, sales, and aftersales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to lead generation efforts.
- Take a leading role in fostering new business growth for all company brands in Europe.
- Efficiently manage the establishment of new accounts and in-store displays as needed.
- Participate in and manage all European exhibitions.

Candidate Profile:
- Proficient in German at a business level (both written and spoken).
- Additional fluency in Dutch, French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
- Demonstrated sales success against targets in a competitive environment.
- Capable of selling concepts, products, and services while negotiating growth outcomes.
- A creative problem-solver with a proactive attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Experience in organizing and attending events, shows, and customer engagement days to showcase product ranges.
- Strong IT capabilities, including the ability to create presentations for business development opportunities.
- Solid understanding or qualification in business and marketing principles.
- Proven ability to take ownership of customer relationships, products, and problem resolution.
- Valid, clean driving license with the ability to travel regularly across Europe.

Compensation: £50,000 plus £15,000 OTE and £5,000 car allowance.
