**Job Title:** German Speaking Sales Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled German Speaking Sales Manager to join our team at MacGregor Black. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with major key accounts and leading business growth in your category.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales and account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets.
  • Build strong partnerships with key accounts and lead the business growth in your category.
  • Analyse sales data and other performance metrics to support decision making and course correction to business plans.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting of sales numbers to the Commercial Director and the wider business.
  • Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and gather competitor intelligence to identify market opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and implement a consumer-centric, brand building plan with accounts/distributors.
  • Contribute to key business meetings, presenting a review of account performance and identifying challenges and opportunities.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record of exceptional sales performance within wholesale involving Key Accounts and/or International Distributors.
  • Entrepreneurial and creative approach to create and execute new opportunities.
  • Honest, open, and willing to receive and give constructive criticism to drive high performance within the team and wider business.
  • German speaking - professional level or above.

**What We Offer:**

Salary up to £60k + bonus.
