Job DescriptionAre you an experienced Sales Manager with FMCG experience and a true foodie? Then this is the role for youOur client is an exciting, innovative, award-winning business within the food and beverage industry, committed to creating high-quality and tasty savoury and sweet treats that stand out in the market.

They are keen to continue their growth so are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Manager with a true keenness for growth and really KPI oriented.

The role falls under the Head of Sales and Managing Director.

They are looking for someone who will fully dive into sales, that has a great understanding of the FMCG industry, and has worked Food Services and Wholesale Accounts.


Responsibilities:


Understand the value of their products and brand positioning in the market and stay up to date with new product lines in the market and highlight new areas of opportunity.

Seek new business leads and follow up on them while maintaining existing accounts which require looking after. Specifically working on Food Services and Wholesale Accounts. Great understanding of a full Sales Strategy and Sales Cycles.
Work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Ideal Candidate:
5+ experience within FMCG, specifically bakery, patisserie or desserts.
Onsite in London and willingness to travel throughout London to visit customers.
Excellent communication, IT, Excel and numerical skills.'Can Do' attitude with a great passion for food.
Desire to expand key accounts and bring in new business.

Benefits:
