Sales Executive

  • Compensation - £50,000-£65,000, plus uncapped commission
  • Work Environment - Primarily Remote
  • Industry - Financial Technology/Regulatory Technology

We are collaborating with a dynamic Investment Group known for its remarkable portfolio of Financial Technology and Regulatory Technology ventures. One of these entities is seeking a Sales Executive to join their expanding team.

This organization has successfully introduced its KYC/AML Solution, designed to address compliance, onboarding, and regulatory challenges faced by potential clients.

This position represents the inaugural sales hire, focusing on new business development and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and confident professional eager to advance their sales career within a company that offers groundbreaking services in a rapidly evolving sector, along with swift career advancement into management roles.

Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of four years of experience in Financial Technology or Regulatory Technology sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete sales process
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research
  • Identify and understand client needs and challenges
  • Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities in the industry

Required Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in closing sales within Financial Technology or Regulatory Technology
  • Strong knowledge of the KYC/AML landscape
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing revenue goals
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capability to manage the sales cycle from initiation to closure
