Innovative Systems is seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our rapidly expanding team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the dynamic Financial Services and Insurance sectors.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting Innovative Systems' cutting-edge solutions. You will leverage your communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, generate interest, and ultimately drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify and target potential clients within the Financial Services and Insurance industries.
  • Develop and execute effective outreach strategies via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for Account Executives to further develop sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to share insights and contribute to overall sales success.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a sales development or business development role, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.
