About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager - Sales Executive to join our team at Innovative Tech People. As a key member of our ERP and Dynamics CRM team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in target organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Strategic Territory Planning: Create and execute strategic territory plans to maximize revenue and market share within the UK and Europe.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely closure of deals.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Account Management: Oversee key accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Training and Development: Continuously develop professional skills and leverage available resources to stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related ISV solutions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and present sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance metrics to senior management.
