Position Overview

We are in search of a motivated Sales Executive to become a vital part of our team. This position is essential to our expansion strategy, concentrating on securing new clientele, establishing fresh connections, and overseeing current accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in B2B SaaS sales, familiarity with the financial sector, and a history of surpassing sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Discover and pursue new business avenues through diverse channels, including direct outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
  • Outreach: Actively engage with potential clients through phone, email, and professional networks to generate leads and arrange meetings.
  • Account Oversight: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their requirements are met while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, emphasizing the advantages and value of our solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Remain updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer preferences to guide sales strategies and product enhancements.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive support for sales initiatives.
  • Sales Process Management: Provide comprehensive guidance to clients throughout the sales journey, from initial contact to contract finalization.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-10 years in sales, particularly in B2B SaaS solutions. Experience within the financial sector is highly advantageous.
  • Proven Success: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Motivated and Driven: A proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • Communication Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal abilities to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Technical Proficiency: Quick to learn and comprehend new software solutions, articulating their benefits to potential clients.
  • CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems to manage sales activities and monitor performance.
