Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Executive to spearhead our sales initiatives and drive commercial partnerships. This role is pivotal in advancing our business objectives and achieving significant growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy: Own and execute the sales strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Sales Structure: Design and implement a well-structured sales function that is adequately resourced and incentivized.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of over 9 high-performing sales professionals, serving as the primary point of escalation.
  • Commercial Pricing: Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and refine pricing strategies that enhance profitability.
  • Sales Process: Develop and document industry-leading sales processes to optimize performance.
  • Performance Management: Create and manage frameworks for evaluating individual and team performance.
  • People Development: Mentor and coach sales personnel to foster their growth and enhance sales effectiveness.

  • Extensive experience in sales and sales management.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools.
  • A strong understanding of financial services, cryptocurrency, and foreign exchange.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and adaptability to new opportunities.
