Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Ticketing and Trade Sales Manager to join our team at Michael Page Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our ticketing and sales strategy, ensuring the successful development and management of key trade relationships to drive commercial growth.

About the Role

As Ticketing and Trade Sales Manager, you will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to drive revenue growth and develop strategic partnerships. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing contracts with third-party sellers to establish and maintain positive commercial relationships.
  • Targeting companies and organizations to increase group sales and driving group sales direct to consumer.
  • Deputizing for the Head of Sales and Ticketing as required.
  • Strategizing new ticketing opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Assisting in the management of guest retention and growth, including database management and complaint resolution.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales and ticketing, with experience in developing and implementing sales strategies. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
