We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ticketing and Trade Sales Manager to join our team at The Lost Estate. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving trade, group, and corporate sales, and proactively managing key trade relationships.



Key Responsibilities:


  • \t
  • Develop and implement contracts for third-party and travel trade sellers, establishing and maintaining positive commercial relationships to increase revenue.
    \t
  • Target companies and organizations to increase group sales, responsible for driving group sales direct to consumer and managing this process end to end.
    \t
  • Deputize when required for the Head of Sales and Ticketing.
    \t
  • Strategize new ticketing opportunities and partnerships for TLE.
    \t
  • Assist in the management of guest retention and growth, including database management, superfan growth, and complaint resolution.
    \t
  • Compile and distribute weekly sales reports and assist with data tasks when required.
    \t
  • Complete venue and sales capacity management.
    \t
  • Actively seek out new opportunities and spot gaps in the current operation where more income can be generated.
    \t
  • Liaise between departments to support guest requests and changes.
    \t
  • Manage all aspects of group and corporate bookings.
    \t
  • Assist with ticket system builds, including event builds, discount codes, and others as and when required.
    \t
  • Assist with staff scheduling when required.
    \t
  • Assist with daily and weekly ticketing team tasks, including responding to queries over the phone and via email as required.


Requirements:

  • Hands-on approach to sales with experience of achieving targets.
    \t
  • Current networks of commercial relationships - you come with a 'black book.'
    \t
  • Skilled in monitoring finances for the development of concise reporting and sales projections.
    \t
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively across teams and with a variety of people internally and externally.
    \t
  • Effective sales and relationship building skills.
    \t
  • Managing processes, including the configuration of events, installing updates, designing new reports, fixing technical problems, and liaising with the system provider and other suppliers.
    \t
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
    \t
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
    \t
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
    \t
  • Commercial mindset.
    \t
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and great problem-solving skills.
    \t
  • Adaptable to change and possess a willingness to embrace innovative ideas and new processes.


Desirable:

  • Previous experience with Klaviyo or other marketing automation platform.
    \t
  • Previous experience with Line-Up or ticketing and database systems.
