Ticketing Manager Job Description

Travel Trade Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Ticketing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing ticketing operations and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of ticketing executives to ensure efficient and accurate ticketing support.
  • Develop processes to utilize GDS functionality and improve efficiencies.
  • Work with commercial air support to deliver a global group air strategy.
  • Provide air training support to the in-house training team.
  • Report on air-related issues and provide air support to duty managers.

Ticketing Team Responsibilities:
  • Issue, revalidate, re-issue, and exchange tickets.
  • Carry out quality control checks and seek cost-saving opportunities.
  • Manage GDS queues and process refunds.
  • Provide air support to sales and assist with operational issues.

Requirements:
  • Experience in ticketing operations and customer service.
  • Ability to manage a team and develop processes.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
