Ticketing Operations Manager

Travel Trade Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Ticketing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing ticketing operations and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of ticketing executives to ensure efficient and accurate ticketing support.
- Develop processes to utilize GDS functionality and improve efficiencies.
- Work with commercial air support to deliver a global group air strategy.
- Provide air training support to the in-house training team.
- Report on air-related issues and provide air support to duty managers.
Ticketing Team Responsibilities:
- Issue, revalidate, re-issue, and exchange tickets.
- Carry out quality control checks and seek cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage GDS queues and process refunds.
- Provide air support to sales and assist with operational issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in ticketing operations and customer service.
- Ability to manage a team and develop processes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
