About the Role

The Partnerships Ticketing Coordinator will report to the Global Partnerships Ticketing Analyst. This role is responsible for assisting the wider global partnerships team with the day-to-day running of international ticketing for shows touring across the European and APAC markets within partnership agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate and report all tour sales figures within the partnership agreement once a week and during on-sale periods.
  • Collate previous tour data for analysing purposes.
  • Collate Inventory and Sales data in order to know the delivery of the partnership.
  • General assisting and any other tasks as necessary to aid the department.

Requirements

  • Some ticketing experience preferred.
  • Excellent numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail and advanced level using Excel.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage a heavy workload during peak seasons.
  • Excellent literacy skills with a proven ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues up to Executive board-level.
  • Have a strong attention to detail.
  • Combines analytical thinking with creativity to help with problem-solving.
  • Ability to develop new skills and adapt easily.
