The estimated salary for this role is $85,000-$120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Tapestry, a global house of brands, seeks an experienced Senior Coordinator to lead the planning and implementation of marketing strategies across its European Retail & Outlet Business. This includes Wholesale, Marketplace, and third-party partnerships. As a key member of the Partnerships Marketing team, the ideal candidate will manage key partners, implementing end-to-end marketing initiatives tailored to Tapestry's brands. They will drive commercial and cultural insights to ensure innovation and brand storytelling resonance with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Tapestry's strategies and vision across the EU market
  • Deliver brand heat and cultural relevance through comprehensive full-funnel partner marketing plans and roadmaps
  • Implement tactics that drive resonance and acquisition of target audiences and forge loyalty with consumers
  • Strengthen partner commercial growth and generate revenue through strong alignment with commercial teams, trade analysis, and forecasting
  • Manage and maintain strong partnership relationships with key partners
  • Keep a finger on the pulse, driving innovative approaches with leading partners
  • Manage partner full-year budget processes
  • Analyze data to ensure consumer-centricity and campaign optimization
  • Maintain relationships with all cross-functional stakeholders locally and globally

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in partnerships or marketing roles
  • Previous experience working in a global company/brand and/or agency
  • Strong project management and analytical thinking skills
  • Experience managing creative, partner relationships, and budgets
  • Solutions-based and problem-solving skills; proactive and take initiative
  • Excellent organizational skills and highly detail-orientated
  • Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and have a strong sense of urgency
