Job Title: Strategic Partnership Specialist
Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Partnership Specialist to join our team at Addleshaw Goddard. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, developing and maintaining strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive business growth and success.

About the Role

This role will involve:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for enhancing referrals and engagement activities with preferred firms;
  • Evaluating and interpreting referral data, identifying trends and opportunities, and presenting findings to key stakeholders;
  • Supporting the management of AG's Global Connect firm network, including infrastructure, tools, and resources;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and materials;
  • Providing analytical support for new financial reporting and business analysis for international business groups and preferred firms;
  • Monitoring and tracking budget spend across Global Connect and International Business Groups;
  • Ensuring international deal experience is accurately documented and accessible, supporting the Bids Team and BD Team with Pre-Qualification Questionnaire responses and other standard content;
  • Working closely with the Internal Communications Team to develop and deliver effective internal and external communications plans;
  • Owning and maintaining global intranet pages, ensuring resources are up-to-date and responsive to client and partner needs;
  • Utilising CRM systems and e-marketing tools to facilitate enquiries and support engagement activities;
  • Supporting events organisation, coordination, and management for International Business Groups in London.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field, excellent organisational and time-management skills, and proficiency in CRM systems and e-marketing tools are required. A strong understanding of business development principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are also essential.

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum
