Strategic Partnership Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Coordinator to join our team at AirTree Ventures Pty. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through our partnerships.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales teams, marketing teams, and partners to identify opportunities, build relationships, and deliver results. You will also be responsible for managing channel incentives, tracking performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions to optimize our partnership strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across our partner network.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and develop co-branded campaigns.
  • Track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize our partnership strategy.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in channel management, partnership development, or business development.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing successful reseller programs or indirect sales channels.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, go-to-market strategies, and channel sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
