Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Officer, Foundation Relations to join our team in London or another foundation office location. As a strategic partnership specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing partnership approaches that align with our foundation's strategy. Your primary goal will be to foster meaningful relationships with top corporate and institutional foundations devoted to global health and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to engage institutional and corporate foundations focused on global health and development.
  • Lead the formation and management of strategic partnerships, cultivating strong relationships with priority partners.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner goals and priorities, ensuring a coordinated approach to partnership management.
  • Evaluate partnership performance, providing strategic insights and recommendations to measure success and drive improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in partnership management or business development within the philanthropic sector, with a proven track record of success in strategic relationship management.
  • Strong project management skills, with excellent planning, execution, and analytical abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify opportunities for alignment and co-funding, and expertly coordinate relationships across the foundation.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a limited-term position (LTE) for 24 months.
