About the Role

The Global Partnerships Administrator will provide key administrative support to the Global Partnerships team, ensuring the smooth running of the team's operations. This will involve coordinating international delegation visits, handling queries and correspondence, arranging travel, and managing the Global Partnerships inbox.

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Head of Global Partnerships and other team members. This will include coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and completing other administrative tasks as required.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in international higher education and strong communication skills. You will be working in a fast-paced international environment, so the ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances is essential.

About the Department

The Global Partnerships team is a small team based in the Vice-Chancellor's office. We support the implementation of SOAS' global partnerships strategy, particularly in regards to the development of a new equitable partnership model with institutions in the Global South.
