Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Ticketing and Trade Sales Manager to join our team at Michael Page Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our ticketing and sales strategy.

About the Role

As Ticketing and Trade Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing contracts with third-party and travel trade sellers, establishing and maintaining positive commercial relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively target companies and organizations to increase group sales, driving revenue growth through direct-to-consumer sales and managing the sales process end-to-end.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase ticket sales, including identifying new ticketing opportunities and partnerships.
  • Assist in the management of guest retention and growth, including database management, super-fan growth, and complaint resolution.
  • Deputize for the Head of Sales and Ticketing as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales and ticketing, with experience in developing and implementing sales strategies. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
