Position Overview

We are excited to collaborate with a renowned Talent Management and Television Production firm in search of a proficient Ticketing Manager to enhance their team. This essential position involves supervising the effective execution of ticketing arrangements and sales, formulating and implementing ticketing strategies, and collaborating closely with the live promotion division.

We seek candidates with a robust background in ticketing, possessing strong analytical skills, a comprehensive understanding of the ticketing environment in the UK, and familiarity with CRM email marketing systems, preferably within the realms of Live Entertainment, Touring, or Venues. This role requires a presence in the office on a full-time basis, fostering a collaborative atmosphere within a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering insights derived from data analysis to relevant stakeholders.
  • Exploring and evaluating innovative methods to leverage data effectively.
  • Establishing streamlined processes and systems to enhance data management efficiency.
  • Gathering and presenting sales data and reports enriched with insights and analyses for various live tours, events, and productions.
  • Resolving issues and maintaining effective communication with venues regarding sales operations.
  • Addressing reporting and ticketing challenges and escalating issues as necessary.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and Excel.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK live ticketing landscape.
  • Capability to work independently, particularly concerning data analysis tasks.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as TABLEAU and POWER BI is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management.
  • Understanding of GDPR regulations.
